Gordano Year 8 Students - Give Back and Take on a Mountainous Challenge for Children’s Hospice South West
Cian Redman from Year 8 has set himself a challenge to climb the height of Mount Everest over the winter months to raise money for the Children's Hospice South West. Along the way he is involving friends, family and members of his rugby team - Gordano Sharks u13s.
A big shout out to his fellow Gordano students Xander Welsh, Zak Howells, Lucas Manning and Ciaran Wall who have all supported him on his first walk by climbing and Pen Y Fan over half-term. The five of them clocked up 1,122m.
Only 7,727 metres to go Cian, good luck and keep going. His JustGiving page has already raised over £400, and he would love to raise £2000 if he can. If you are able to support him please donate here.
