Careers Convention

As noted in our Parent Information evenings, our Careers Convention is one of the most popular events in the school calendar and we are delighted to host a wide range of employers and educational providers again this year. This event is open to all Year groups but it is particularly important for students in years 9-13 as they think about their GCSEs, work experience and Post 16/18 options.
In addition to the stands in the Main Hall and Dining Hall there will be a series of talks on Apprenticeships, College and University in the Sixth Form Hall throughout the evening from experts in those fields. Due to the popularity of these talks we will be prioritising Year 10, 11 and 13 parents and students; there will be lots of information and future opportunities for students in lower years to learn about these options.
The stands will be spread over the Main Hall and Dining Hall and career sector representatives look forward to talking to you and your children about their organisations.
Parking will be limited on site, so we strongly encourage arrival on foot/bike and hope for clement weather!
